2. How and where do we store your information?


2.1. All personal information you provide voluntarily will be treated in accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and stored in the files owned by KIPLY, KNOWLEDGE IS POWER SL recorded in the Register of the Data Protection Agency:

2.1.1. The data you enter by downloading for free or by hiring any of our services are listed in the file CUSTOMERS in order to maintain a database that allows us to manage, offer support and send advertising to them.

2.1.2. The personal information you enter in the contact form is saved in the file ADDRESS BOOK to clarify any doubts or establish the professional relationship requested by you.

2.2. The data collected when using our services are stored in Amazon, a cloud storage platform with tight access controls and security measures.

3. How do we use your information?


3.1. Whenever you need to enter your personal details, we will specify the purpose for which they are required. Generally, we collect them to maintain the established relationship and management, administration, provision, expansion and improvement of our services. We also use them to adapt to our customers' preferences, to design new services, to send updates and to advertise the existing services and other products, as well as to perform direct marketing thereof. This purpose also includes sending survey forms that you are not obliged to answer.

3.2. In accordance with Article 21 of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Law 34/2002 (LSSICE), you authorize us to use your personal data to inform you about some new features of our products via e-mail or by any other means of communication. You will always have the option to manage how you want us to contact you and what information we can send.

3.3. We use the information collected to adapt our products to your needs and improve the quality of our services. For example, we use the information in your activity to provide personalized advice to help you do your job better.

3.4. We use information from the devices you use to improve the safety of our products. Thanks to the extracted data, we can gradually increase your protection and that of other users.

4. What information do we disclose and to whom?


4.1. In Kiply we do not disclose any personal information about our users to third parties unless you require us to do so and give your express consent.

4.2. If you are a Business version user, only you can decide if you want to share your information. On your personal panel, you have a choice to give your data voluntarily and anonymously to your company, which will offer a number of advantages such as free access to collective reports. Otherwise, the company will only have access to aggregate data from a minimum of 10 employees.

4.3. We will share, only when strictly necessary, your personally identifiable information with Kiply providers in order to be able to perform and improve the services we provide. In this case, we will ensure our requirements for security and privacy are met by the Treatment Manager contracts in compliance with the provisions of the Organic Law on Data Protection.

4.4. Personal data or any other information (in our possession or accessible through our system) will be revealed to the relevant public authorities if it is required in accordance with the legal dispositions and regulations applicable to each case.

4.5. If you decide to post a comment, you give express consent to your name and surname been shown publicly on our website.

5. What security measures do we use?


5.1. In accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 on Data Protection, the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 approving Regulations for the Implementation of the Organic Law and any other legislation in force at all times, we ensure that convenient security measures are adopted at our facilities, systems and files, as well as the confidentiality of personal data. Your information will be stored and managed in a completely confidential way, applying security measures legally established to prevent access or misuse of your data, as well as its wrong handling, deterioration or loss.

5.2. Our servers are hosted on Amazon, one of the cloud environments with the best security measures available (, and they are constantly monitored by our engineers.

5.3. All information is stored encrypted in our database and only our members can access it.

5.4. Our applications are signed and authorized by the competent certification authorities so that you can verify that our software is authentic and secure.

5.5. All communications are encrypted using SSL certificates, digital documents which certify identity and ensure our software communications.

6. How can you access your data?


6.1.You may exercise your rights of access, modification, cancellation and opposition by sending an e-mail to or by sending a letter to Rúa Monte dos Postes nº 8, 15703 Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña), enclosing in both cases a copy of an official document evidencing your identity (e.g. Spanish DNI).

6.2. You can access and change your personal details on your personal panel whenever you need to and besides, if you are a business version user, you will be able to change the degrees of confidentiality and analysis thereof.

7. How can you know that Kiply will fulfil its obligations?


7.1. We take your privacy very seriously and, apart from the procedures and measures described in the previous sections, one of our leading positions is Director of Privacy, with the mission of reviewing and approving all processes that use personal details of our customers.

7.2. We have established a Privacy External Committee, composed of three persons of recognized prestige in this area, which directly receive the privacy-related complaints and act accordingly to resolve them.
